There are two ways to work with the program … with or without a local dealer. The price does not change. “List” and net pricing policies are used. If you wish to work with a local dealer, ask them to call us. We’ll be happy to explain the program and work with them. STEP ONE: to establish an approximate price for the product you want, we use linear foot averages prices. It begins with the choice of finish, in the case of a closet, the choice would be of a door type and an interior finish type. Customer provides the approximate space to be occupied and the resulting “ballpark” estimate will be within 10/15% of the finished price. STEP TWO: After payment of a $500 (credited against the order), imoderni measures, discusses features, provides finish samples, prepares CAD and specification, and a formal quote.
